WHAT A CEILIDH!!! This was such an amazing night - truly a night to remember. I was so proud of everyone's effort and success in the preparation and running of the Ceilidh. Everyone was smiling - new friends were made - a great time was had by all. Very special thanks are extended to all the hard working and talented members of the planning committee and their helpers... Sincere thanks for all the hard work in the differnt sectors: Silent Auction Lorna Forbes, Pam Coe and many helpful parents before the event and on the night; and also on the night - Cece Fung and Becky Campbell. Many, many parents and friends who provided items for the auctions. Pocket Lady Silver, gold and British Medallion dancers who took turns delighting the little ones as "The Pocket Lady". All the Teachers Your excellent preparation of the dancers, with exciting and different dance numbers and fun costuming. Dancers I was just beaming - I was so proud of you all for your talents, your joy in participating, your enthusiasm and your boundless energy. I am sure I have ommitted some important names from this list - but please consider that a huge thankyou goes out to all of the members of the school family for you kindness, your hard work, your support, your talents, your skills, your enthusiasm and your gerosity. Your participation is so very much appreciated. I especially want to thank my circle of family and close friends who are so supportative of me at all times, and particularly at this time of the Ceilidh. |
