Configuring Microsoft Internet Mail
Microsoft Internet Mail is the email client that is shipped with Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x.
The main Internet Mail screen:
- Click New Message to compose a message
- Click Send and Receive to both check your email, and send out any queued email.
The Internet Mail configuration is accessed from the menus across the top:
- Click the Mail menu, select Options. Click the Server tab in the Options window
- Enter your identity:
- Enter your Name and Email Address. The Organization can be left blank.
- Enter the server information for the account.
- The Outgoing Mail (SMTP) and Incoming Mail (POP3) are mail.mondenet.com. Enter your POP3 Account (username) and Password.
- Click on the Connection tab, where you will want to ensure
that the connection specified here matches the Dial Up Networking connection
to which you are currently connected to.
