Monthly Invoicing with Annual Option

Any item which is invoiced monthly may be invoiced with an Annual option giving the client essentially 12 months for the price of 10 for that item.

Switching from one monthly service to another

Clients may switch between one monthly package and another. There is a $5 fee to do so. To switch from one monthly package to another monthly package the client may request to do so by sending an email to office@mondenet.com or fax to our offices at 526-0155 specifying the current monthly package the client now has and the monthly package the client wishes to switch to. For example, a client may wish to switch from monthly bronze to monthly silver. The client would send an email or fax requesting the invoicing be changed from monthly bronze to monthly silver. Such requests to change may be made anytime within the client's current month. Changes can not be made once a month has passed. When changing from one monthly package to another the client will be invoiced by having the last month on deposit reversed as well as their current month reversed. The client will then be invoiced the fee for the appropriate monthly package and its corresponding amount for last month on deposit.

Switching between monthly and annual service

Clients may switch between monthly and annual service. When switching from monthly to annual service we require an email or fax requesting such change. Upon receipt of your request we will reverse your current month's fee and its corresponding last month on deposit then apply the annual fee. When switching from annual to monthly service we will reverse the annual fee then apply the normal monthly fee for each of the months which have passed plus the current month's fee and its corresponding last month on deposit.

Switching from monthly or annual service to blocks

Clients may switch from monthly or annual service to blocks. When switching from monthly service the client will have their current month and last month on deposit reversed and the appropriate amount for Block Hours applied. When switching from annual service the client will have their annual fee reversed then have the appropriate monthly fee applied for each month which has passed and then the appropriate amount for Block Hours applied.

Account cancellation

Clients are required to provide 30 days written notice to cancel accounts.
