E-mail Only Accounts

E-mail Only Account Description	A POP3 email only account is just that. This type of Internet Service allows anyone on the Internet, anywhere in the world, to have an email account with Mondenet Technical Services Inc. All email would be sent to the chosen email address @mondenet.com. The user will be able to use POP3 access from anywhere on the Internet to access their email from our POP3 server.
For existing Mondenet clients	The POP3 email only account would be useful for someone who already has a dialup account with Mondenet Technical Services Inc. but would like to have an email only account for another family member or friend. With this type of arrangement the holder of the normal dialup account would make the dialup connection to the Internet and then with POP3 software of the client's choice then retrieve their email from the Mondenet Technical Services Inc. POP3 email server.
For those with Internet Access already	This type of account would also be useful for someone, for example, who has access to the Internet through their office during the day but does not have an account with an Internet Service Provider. This user would want to be able to have an email address without the full expense of getting a dial up account. The user would be able to use their current Internet Access to retrieve their email from their email only account using POP3 which is supported by many different email and web browser software packages.
Soft Limit	Soft Limit is the amount of storage space you have on the mondenet.com server for your email. If you go over this limit you have five (5) days in which to retrieve your email from our server otherwise any email on our server over your soft limit will be truncated back to the soft limit amount and any further email will be bounced back to sender as undeliverable due to your quota being exceeded.
Hard Limit	Hard Limit is the absolute maximum amount of space you may use on the mondenet.com server for your email. If you have reached your hard limit then any email sent to your account will be bounced back to sender as undeliverable due to your quota being exceeded.
Account Activation Fees and Invoicing	There is a one-time account activation fee for each POP3 account plus an annual fee each year in advance. Your first payment would be the total of the account activation fee and the applicable annual fee. The Good and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to Canadian Residents only and does not apply to those residing outside Canada.
Upon Account Activation	When your POP3 email only account has been activated you will be notified of the following configuration information: SMTP Server POP3 Server POP3 Username Your E-mail address Your return E-mail address
E-mail Address	Your desired email address @mondenet.com may be just about anything you want. You may wish to have your email address in the form of firstname.lastname@mondenet.com which would be more meaningful to most people sending you email. We will not issue an email address which is illegal, objectionable, reserved, or not supported by our email system.
